Asset Manager
Guide to managing document media, uploading images, dragging assets onto the canvas, and using the asset selector modal.
The Asset Manager (accessed via the image icon on the left sidebar) provides a centralized media library for storing graphic assets, company logos, background images, and vectors used throughout your document templates.
Panel Features & Canvas Drag-and-Drop
The Asset Manager panel gives you quick access to your image library directly alongside the editor workspace:
- Canvas Drag-and-Drop: Click and drag any image asset directly from the sidebar panel onto the editor canvas surface to instantly create a new Image component.
- Asset Search: Use the search bar at the top of the panel to filter media items by filename or keyword in real time.
- Quick Access: Click Upload at the top of the panel to open the full image management modal.

Opening the Select Image modal allows you to upload new media, organize existing library assets, or attach a media file to a specific canvas block.

You can launch the modal in two ways:
- Click the Upload button inside the Asset Manager sidebar panel.
- Double-click any Image block directly on the editor canvas.
Upload Options & Features

UploadTab): Drag and drop files directly into the upload area or click to open your OS file picker.- Supported Formats:
SVG,PNG,JPG,GIF - File Size Limit: Maximum 10 MB per asset.

URLTab): Switch to the URL tab to link directly to a publicly hosted image URL instead of uploading a local file. - Filter by Type: Use the dropdown filter to sort your image gallery by file format.
- Attaching to Canvas Components: Selecting any asset inside the modal grid attaches that image source directly to the active canvas component.
